Frank Fisher has played a key role in establishing Potawatomi Bingo Casino as a premier bingo destination and home to some of the nation’s largest daily bingo payouts, averaging more than $38,000 per day. Under his leadership, the 630-seat temporary Bingo Hall has continued to provide guests with an exceptional entertainment experience through its smoke-free environment, large-screen viewing capabilities, and flexible play options including both traditional paper and electronic bingo.
Fisher began his career in the gaming industry in 1997 when he joined Potawatomi Bingo Casino, one of the Midwest’s largest casinos and Wisconsin’s leading entertainment destination, welcoming more than six million visitors annually. Through years of demonstrated leadership, operational expertise, and dedication to guest experience, he was promoted to Bingo Director in 2022.
Throughout his tenure, Fisher has been instrumental in the development and implementation of numerous successful bingo initiatives designed to enhance guest engagement and overall operational efficiency. Known for his creativity and forward-thinking approach, he continuously develops new game concepts and session formats that appeal to a broad and diverse guest demographic, helping strengthen the casino’s reputation as a leading bingo destination.
In addition to his operational leadership, Fisher has played a significant role in departmental growth and organizational improvement. He successfully helped oversee the transition of the casino’s Bingo Issues department from the Money Room into the Bingo department, including the development of updated policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Fisher is also a long-standing committee member of Heart of Canal Street, the casino’s signature charitable initiative benefiting local children’s organizations. The program has raised more than $22 million for children’s charities throughout the community. As part of his involvement, Fisher helps coordinate a special fundraising bingo event supporting the initiative. Among his proudest professional accomplishments was helping the organization achieve its first $1 million fundraising year in 2005.
