Chase Lane is a strategic leader and agency executive with deep experience across casino gaming, entertainment, and complex enterprise organizations. He serves as CEO at LT.agency, where he drives the agency’s strategic vision and works closely with executive teams to deliver integrated strategy, marketing, digital, and public relations solutions for casino and hospitality clients.
Prior to LT, Chase served as Director of Operational Excellence, Corporate Strategy at Light & Wonder, a global leader in casino, online, and social gaming. In that role, he led transformation and operational excellence initiatives within the Office of the Chief Strategy Officer, gaining firsthand experience across casino operations, technology, and gaming platforms. At LT, he works closely with casino partners, including Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel and We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort, guiding brand, digital, and experience strategy.
